This is my Breakfast Recipe:
(1) Put cereal that you like into a bowl.
(2) Add plain or vanilla soy milk (or other type such as almond, oat, rice milk, etc.)
(3) Add some cinnamon.
(4) Add some Chia Seeds.
Optional:
(5) Add some pure cocoa.
(6) Add some sesame seeds.
(7) Mix up a bit.
(8) ENJOY!!
I have this most days of the week and I like it! I hope you will, too.
